Starr Harrison

Check this out..

Imagine having a friend that cried for you while singing a song written by the two of you, at the concert to commemorate the first anniversary of your death.

Photograph - Ringo Starr

Every time I see your face,
it reminds me of the places we used to go
But all I've got is a photograph,
and I realize you're not coming back anymore

I thought I'd make it,
the day you went away
But I can't take it,
till you come home again to stay

I can't get used to living here,
while my heart is broke, my tears, I cry in vain
I want you here to have and hold,
as the years go by and we grow old and grey

Now you're expecting me to live without you
but that's not something that I'm looking forward to

Every time I see your face,
it reminds me of the places we used to go
But all I've got is a photograph,
and I realize you're not coming back anymore
This is old news, but at Concert For Harrison, Ringo Starr sang this song and was caught tearing..

I dedicate this song to my friend whom I have been unable to meet due to many reasons. We are still keeping contact thought, but a electronic chat cam never be as useful as a face to face meeting.

See you band camp!
