Oh the sleaze..

Teva

Like a thickened and strengthened sole attached to the foot, without hindrance to movement or any discomfort. Snug like a hand grabbing the foot, providing protection from the elements.

So the day at the beach slacking was made comfortable with Teva sandals. Not that I dont like walking barefoot on the sand [in fact I like to do it so much that I secretly hope all my possessions are coated with a layer of sand], but I could walk on sharp rocks and other marine debris without fear of cuts or poisoning due to Teva. However, due to this harsh treatment, Teva became clogged with sand and other who-knows-what.

Hence, this leads to one of the most thorough and un-grudged footwear wash I have done in my life. Removing the sand from the sole, from the inside, the grooves, and all other dirt to make it look brand new. The ultimate display of favoritism.

Now Teva lies to dry, and my other shoes start complaining.
